Our design consultant will arrange a mutually convenient time to meet
and discuss your home addition needs. They will offer advice on materials,

3). Choose a
style that complements your home
We offer a wide variety of designs and styles to complement any home. Our
design consultant will assist you in choosing a style that complements existing
features of your home. A wide range of colour choices and roofing materials are
available. |

4). We draw
up plans and submit them to council
Once you have agreed on the patio size, we need to obtain an approval from your
local council before we can commence building. We aim to make this process as
quick and easy as possible so you can have your patio sooner. |

5). Building
is scheduled in
Once we have council approval we can then schedule in a build date. We
aim to have your patio built within 28 days of shire approval, weather
permitting. We use this time to prepare all the materials that will be required
to build your custom designed patio. We will keep you informed all the way as
to a likely start date for commencement. |

6). Patio is
built on time and at the highest quality
The last and certainly most enjoyable step is having your patio
completed. Most patios can be completed within two days of commencement. Our
installers will ensure your patio is built at the highest quality and the area
will be left in a clean and tidy manner. We aim for your total satisfaction and
strive for referrals from your family and friends. |
