Brett has been with Great Aussie Patios since 2009, he has over 10 years of experience in patio design and sales.
Brett's time at Great Aussie Patios has seen him progress from sales to the lead role in the sales and design to his current role in marketing and quality assurance for Great Aussie Patios. His goal is to make sure Great Aussie Patios remains one of the best Patio companies in Perth today.
Brett is a keen motorsport fan and enjoys working on his own cars, his family also keeps him busy with 2 daughters making sure their demands for playtime are met.

Peter Cook - Sales and Design

Peter started at Great Aussie Patios in 2010. He started off as a patio installer and soon made the switch to a design consultant role in sales.
Prior to working at Great Aussie Patios, Peter had his own brick paving business, so he has been working in and around peoples back yards for around 15 years. In that time Peter has seen most styles of patios and can offer some helpful advice on what style might work at your house.
Peter loves his cricket and basketball but he also loves spending time with his family when he is not at work.

Eamonn Armitage - Sales and Design

Eamonn started working at Great Aussie Patios in 2013 as a design consultant.
Having 12 years of experience in fabrication detailing and the manufacturing of steel frame systems for housing gave Eamonn the proficient knowledge to design all styles of patios. With his previous experience in the building industry, Eamonn can provide some great incite as to what may or may not work in patio design for your home.
When Eamonn is not providing great patio designs for your home you can find him in a pool as he is an avid water polo player and coach.

Darren Brooks - Operations and Design

Darren has been in the building industry throughout his entire working life and has been working at Great Aussie Patios since the start of 2010 in the role of Operations Manager.
Darren looks after the structural design, assessing our patios and the ordering of all associated materials for construction. Darren also has a supporting role with the design consultant team and installers as each patio is unique for each design and installation.
Daz or Brooksey as he is also called has always got some project on the go at his own home and when he is not tinkering about at the house he is out on the water on his yacht or kiting in the river.

Thelma Fulker - Administration and Customer Service

Thelma has worked at Great Aussie Patios for over 12 years. Thelma is kept busy with her role as our receptionist, banker, and dealings with the shires for our patios.
Having previously worked in the banking area as a teller and customer service officer, having Thelma as the first person you talk to on the phone or when you walk into our showroom is a great asset for our team.
Thelma also knows first hand what it has taken to build Great Aussie Patios' reputation as she watched her son start from humble beginnings to it now being one of the most successful family-run patio business in Perth today.

Mark Evans - Installation Team

Mark is a member of the Great Aussie Patios installation team, also known as Pez by his friends, he started with Great Aussie Patios in 2013.
Originally from the UK, Mark moved to Perth 10 years ago. He found the woman of his dreams and now has 2 boys. He found his way into patio installation by association as his wife was a family friend.
To see the faces of the owners once the patio is completed is the best part of Mark's work. It is also the team at Great Aussie Patios with a positive attitude anything can be accomplished that Mark values.
Mark loves his music and his drums, he also enjoys being out in the bush and a self-diagnosed sports addict.

Boyd Carrigg - Installation Team

Boyd has been with Great Aussie Patios since 2012. A qualified panel beater and spray painter by trade it took Boyd no time at all to pick up the skill set to install our patios.
He enjoys the challenge of installation with each patio providing its own challenges to ensure a quality finish. Being a part of the team and its family values is another reason Boyd enjoys working at Great Aussie Patios.
Outside of work, Boyd loves spending time with his 2 children, he also enjoys a game of basketball, cycling and loves his BBQ meat smoker.

Eoin Knight - Installation Team

Eoin, also known as Knight Rider has been with Great Aussie Patios since 2014.
He joined our installation team looking for a change from commercial flooring. It was the challenge of installing a variety of patio designs that caught his attention. He is a great member of our team and one that is always busy.
Outside of work, Eoin likes to hit the gym and spend quality time with his family.

Matthew Vogels - Installation team

Matt has been a part of Great Aussie Patios install team on and off since 2005. He was introduced to us through his brother who was working with us.
Also known as Gogs, he loves to go camping, boating and spend time with his family.
Matt enjoys installing patios as it can throw a challenge at you and also see the completed patio. He works for us as we have everything sorted ready to pack and install.

I started GAP in 2000, starting out as a one-man-band sole trader.
The business grew and I needed help. Finding great staff is the most important lesson I learnt in growing a business. As you can see, some of the staff at GAP have been here for over 10 years. I find that if my staff feel happy and welcome, they then do the same for our customers. Our ultimate final goal is for happy customers. We strive for this every day.
Sometimes we can miss. We hopefully learn from that each time we do.
When I am not working in or on the business, I like to be out in nature, Kite surfing or Mountain biking. I also like to try to write songs on my guitar and sing a little. Some may say, don’t give up your day job. But that doesn’t stop me from having a crack.
